This exhibition opens Oct. 23, 2018 and continues through Feb. 2, 2019. The exhibit features a dozen artists who work in or who were educated in Georgia as they investigate interiors, domesticity and identity. The artists in Home Tour investigate the domestic environment through a lens that is simultaneously sugary sweet and sharply sour. Exposing the nature of place, these works are not without extreme beauty and whimsy, but they also offer a sensation of longing and nostalgia, and the desire for the feeling of belonging. Chehaw Challenge

The Chehaw Challenge will be held Saturday, January 26, 2019. There will be a 10 mile race concurrent with a 50K and a 50 miler – all will start at 8:00 AM. The course is roughly 10 miles; each distance will run the corresponding number of loops. There will be fully stocked aid stations every 5 miles. The race will start at the BMX trail head, adjacent to the BMX park. Restrooms are available at the start/finish area (additional family restrooms are available in the campground and playground areas). Packet pickup will be race morning 6:45-7:45. The race will begin at 8AM and there will be a 12 hour course cut off time. There is a $3.00 parking fee per vehicle NOT INCLUDED in your entry (collected at gate entrance). Go >
